Lovely house and pool but some building works next door

Fantastic house and really well equipped, the house is cool inside with extremely comfortable beds and great sunset views. The pool is great and private. Patricia's response rate to questions is quick and any and all queries resolved. The only negative was the building works taking place next door/overlooking the driveway, a new house is being built and the noise from the machinery, cutting of metal, hammering etc was a little annoying. The noise is intermittent but did tend to start at 8am many mornings and we appreciate not in the control of Patricia however it would have been good to know ahead of time. Would recommend and a great house for families.

Un cocon de calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Patricia. Le logement est très agréable, confortable et spacieux et particulièrement bien équipé ! Nous y avons trouvé plus que ce que nous en attendions. La terrasse toute neuve et la piscine sont très agréables et Patricia a été très attentive à ce que tout se passe au mieux pendant notre séjour. Nous recommandons évidemment ce logement dans lequel nous reviendrons avec plaisir, nous avons eu du mal à le quitter… le village de Levignac tout proche dispose de tout le nécessaire.

Maison magnifique

Nous avons séjourné avec plaisir dans cette magnifique maison écologique. Le système de refroidissement est plus agréable qu’une climatisation conventionnelle et nous a gardé bien au frais même les jours de canicule. La piscine, le babyfoot, les BD et les jeux de société sont un vrai plus qu’en on a des enfants ! Accueil efficace et convivial. Superbe séjour. Merci beaucoup !

Ruhiges Familienhaus mit tollem Pool nahe Toulouse

Als Großfamilie haben wir 3 Wochen in diesem großen, gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus mit tollem Salzwasserpool verlebt. Patrizia hat uns sogar ein weiteres Zimmer mit einem einzelnen Bett für unseren Vierzehnjährigen zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass für jeden immer eine Rückzugsmöglichkeit vorhanden war. Den komplett eingerichteten oberen Spielbereich haben wir fast nicht genutzt - bei schlechtem Wetter ist das sicher großartig. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und es ist eigentlich alles vorhanden - so wie daheim. Im Pool haben wir - besonders während der extremen Hitzewelle - sehr viel Zeit verbracht und einige Wasserballduelle ausgetragen. Die großartigen Sonnenuntergänge haben wir sehr genossen, obwohl es die Insekten nicht gut mit uns meinten (dafür gibt es z. B. Citronellakerzen und in jedem Raum mind. 1 Fenster mit Gaze). Uns als Südfrankreichliebhaber hat ein wenig der Blick auf Weinberge oder Olivenbäume gefehlt, der Feigenbaum im Garten war dafür ein kleiner Ersatz. Als Ausgangslage für Besuche in Toulouse mit seinem immens großen Angebot an Museen, Märkten und Ausflugszielen ist das Haus perfekt: Man startet mit frischen Croissants und Baguettes vom örtlichen Bäcker und ist in ca. einer halben Stunde in der Stadt. Uns persönlich hat das stets präsente Geräusch der Wärmepumpe auf der toll gelegenen Terrasse schon ein wenig gestört und wir haben es nicht immer ausblenden können. FAZIT: Wer Ruhe und Erlebnis sucht ist hier genau richtig. Wir empfehlen es sehr!

Tolles Haus, toller Blick, toller Urlaub

Direkt beim ersten Betreten des Hauses fühlten wir uns heimisch und wohl und haben den kompletten Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr toll vorbereitet, sehr sauber und hat eine außergewöhnlich große und umfangreiche Ausstattung, sei es in der Küche, den Schlafzimmern oder allgemein Spielsachen für die Kinder (groß und klein). Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war stets freundlich und schnell und auch Hilfestellungen wurden gerne gegeben. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus ohne Einschränkungen weiter und werden noch lange an diese tolle Zeit hier zurück denken.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, das Haus war perfekt sauber und aussergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Den Pool mit dem Salzwasser und der tollen Aussicht empfanden wir als besonders angenehm. Toulouse mit seinen zahlreichen Attraktionen ist unkompliziert und schnell zu erreichen. Es gibt eine tolle Bäckerei in Laufnähe. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Magnifique maison au calme

La maison est très spacieuse et fraiche l'été (un atout par temps caniculaire), fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la mezzanine et son coin jeux-lectures, la cuisine toute équipée, et bien entendu la terrasse et sa grande piscine surplombant un magnifique paysage. Tolles und großzügig geschnittenes Ökohaus in sehr guter Lage mit Panoramablick

Schönes, durchdachtes Haus aus ökologischen Baustoffen. Hanglage mit 180°-Panoramablick in nordwestliche Richtung über Levignac und das Tal der Save in die gegenüberliegenden Hügel. Bodenbeläge, Wände, Decken alles aus natürlichen Baumaterialien wie Holz, Lehmputz, handgeformte Cotto-Fliesen. Klimatisierung/Beheizung des Gebäudes und Pools klimaschonend mit Wärmepumpe. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und hervorragend ausgestattet. Schöne Küche, in der bequem mit mehreren Personen gekocht werden kann. Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle, Putzmittel jeglicher Art (selbstverständlich ökologisch abbaubar) werden in locker ausreichender Menge zur Verfügung gestellt. Das haben wir in dieser Konsequenz noch nicht erlebt und als sehr angenehm empfunden. Einrichtung geschmackvoll, unaufdringlich und sehr gut nutzbar. Für die angegebene Personenzahl stehen individuell und einwandfrei ausgestattete 2er-Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung. Die Außenterrasse aus Holzplanken mit beheiztem Pool ist ein Traum. Pkw-Parkplatz auf dem ebenfalls großzügigen Grundstück gesichert hinter einem elektrisch betätigten Zufahrtstor. Hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Entgegenkommen mit dem die Vermieterin auf unsere speziellen Bedürfnisse eingegangen ist. Levignac ist ein kleiner, gut funktionierender Ort 20min von Toulouse. Mini-Markt, Bäcker, Metzger, Friseur, Wochenmarkt in der örtlichen Markthalle ist alles da. Ein größerer Supermarkt und Markt jeweils in 10min Entfernung. Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Urlaubswochen - Topempfehlung!

Erholung mit Ausblick

Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht und uns wunderbar erholt. Man merkt dem Haus an, dass hier eine Familie gewohnt hat. Es ist viel mehr als einfach ein Ferienhaus! Lage in ruhiger Nachbarschaft. Die Ausstattung ist in jeder Hinsicht sehr gut! Schon beim Frühstück genießt man die erste Tasse Kaffee mit dem schönen Blick in die Natur, und am Abend gab es einen tollen Sonnenuntergang (meistens). Vor allem, wenn man Entspannung sucht, ist man hier richtig. Das Pool ist angenehm auf 26 Grad erwärmt und ganz leicht salzig. Da hatten wir erst etwas Bedenken. Aber es ist keinesfalls so wie Meerwasser! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt in Fußnähe. Größere Supermärkte in knapp 10 Minuten erreichbar. Der Kontakt zu Patricia war angenehm und prompt und sie hat uns in Sachen Einkaufen, Restaurants und Weinproben gerne beraten. Unsere Empfehlungen: *Restaurant Label Braise (www.restaurant-labelbraise.com) in Ségoufielle *Restaurant Lac du Bistroquet (www.lacdubistroquet.com) Liegt sehr schön an einem kleinen See mit großer Außenterrasse. Weinprobe: *Chateau Belaygues in Labastide St Pierre. Hier hat uns der Weinabauer persönlich durch die Reben und in den Weinkeller geführt und uns ganz viel erklärt. Er spricht ganz leidlich Englisch. *Chateau Pleisance in Vacquiers. Weinprobe im Ladenauch in Englisch

Séjour agréable dans belle villa

Nous avons séjourné en famille trois semaines dans cette belle maison au mois d’août. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le confort de la maison et son équipement (notamment maison fraîche en dépit des chaleurs et piscine chauffée), la superbe vue depuis le salon et la terrasse, le paysage verdoyant du jardin et la proximité de la forêt de Bouconne, la base de loisirs, Toulouse et ses activités et les beaux villages du Gers. Bel accueil par le service de conciergerie avec Marie. Patricia, la propriétaire, est à l’écoute et toujours disponible en cas de demande. De belles vacances.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Hervorragend ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit besonderem Charme in einer tollen Lage. Pool und Terrasse, Panoramafenster, super ausgestattete Küche machen den Aufenthalt in einer sehr authentischen Gegend perfekt. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Superbe location pour vacances en famille ou entre amis

Nous avons été ravis par ce gîte écologique et de standing dans lequel nous avons séjourné deux semaines en famille: très spacieux, parfaitement équipé, respectueux de l'environnement, adapté à toute la famille (bibliothèque, DVDthèque, jeux, jouets, etc.), doté d'une grande piscine, d'un beau jardin et d'une vue magnifique sur le paysage. Très beau gîte écologique avec vue superbe et piscine privée

Une belle adresse que ce grand gîte écologique bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille, avons profité de la proximité de Toulouse pour découvrir la fameuse ville rose, et avons régulièrement fini les journées par un plouf raffraîchissant dans la piscine ! Vacances de rêve

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans cette superbe maison où le calme et la zénitude ne sont pas de vains mots. La maison offre tout le confort que l’on attendait. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Cette magnifique maison correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. La propriétaire a toujours été charmante et à notre écoute ! Nous attendons déjà d'y retourner.

Vacances en famille

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, en famille (4 générations se sont retrouvées). La maison est superbe, très grande et très bien équipée, dans un quartier très calme. Très belle adresse qui nous donne envie d’y revenir un jour. Merci 😊
