Perfect location! Very close to the beach, we were able to drive down for the day and come back in the evening. Kitchen items were all supplied. Very nice apartment, very clean.

Very clean, comfortable stay. 2 adults, 2 kids. Very nice condo. Kitchen stocked with essentials. Ensuite bathroom was so nice, my kids didn't use the full bath next to their room! Screened-in balcony was very relaxing. Laundry was convenient. Smart TV was easy to access. Pool was fun and easy to access with fab.Cons: Bedding and towels are not provided. Neighbors upstairs were loud at night. Not sure if they were travelers or full time residents. Would definitely plan a return visit!

Great Apartment!

I liked the apartment and location. Lots of space and really enjoyed the screened in porch. The layout of the apartment was really neat and would give great privacy if staying with other people. Did not use the pool so no comment for that. Lots of storage/closet space and appreciated having a washer/dryer. Only critiques: check in was 3pm & we got there at 3:20 and someone was still there cleaning. No paper towels & only 1 roll toilet paper in one bathroom and 1/3 roll in the other (not huge deal but was told they were provided-I would have brought some), no trash bags in the trash cans (also not huge deal but thankfully I had grocery bags on me to use). Very minor inconveniences, nothing crazy. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to sleep.

To fully review the apartment would be unfair as we mainly used it for sleeping, being at the beaches during most daylight hours. However the positive take aways would be this apartment is beautiful and spacious! There's two full bathrooms and 5 closets! The only negatives I had noticed were the thermostat was set to 78 and had a schedule every day to return to that temperature, and there were no extra garbage bags in the cabinet with the can. Other than that it was a great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay here! There were a few dirty things in the kitchen such as the coffee maker, and one of our children locked themselves out of the bedroom and there was no key available- however they did work on getting a lock smith in as quickly as possible. Great response time and the rest of the apartment was clean and was just what we needed!

20 mins from Sports at the Beach!

We had a great stay! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed — especially for cooking. A big plus was having a washer and dryer available. There was plenty of parking, and the location was super convenient, close to restaurants, stores, Rehoboth Beach (15 min), and Sports at the Beach (20 min). Kathryn was a wonderful host—very communicative, and check-in/check-out was smooth and easy. We’d definitely stay here again!
