Please let us know when you have checked out! In summer turn both upstairs and downstairs thermostats to 70 degrees, in Winter turn them to 65 degrees.
Do Not Strip the Beds, our staff will do that. Do not Place Blankets on the floor please Leave used towels on floors in hallways Make sure all windows are closed and locked!
Hot tub cover on, bricks on top of the cover to protect from wind, jets and lights are off in hottub, and temp should remain at the 98 degrees. Ensure fire pit cover is on and bricks placed
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great location for large families with kids and dogs. Close to the beach, local attractions, and rainy day fun too! Host was easy to communicate with and check in and check out procedures were simple. Beds were also comfortable.

Perfect family getaway

We ran away from home for just one night with our son’s family. The Lewis house was perfect. Clean, just one block from the Lewis beach, well supplied with books children’s games, ping pong table, shuffleboard, card table hot tub, grills and even welcome snacks and water which were much appreciated. Toddlers went to bed, adults relaxed in family room and on deck

Great location near the beach. Pleasant decor. Good supplies in kitchen. Enjoyed having beach supplies at our disposal. Hot tub and outside grill area was a plus.
