This was a last minute long weekend mini vacation at the beach. Its a very nice house, very open, 4 bedrooms and plenty of space for 5 adults and 3 children. One bedroom is down stairs the other 3 are upstairs. A nice shaded patio area out front with seating. It is a gated community and there were people walking their dogs, familys biking together and people jogging down the road in front of the house. We felt very safe there. There is a community pool that we unfortunately did not use due to time constraints. A lot of winding roads to get to this community and it is about 10 minutes from the beaches. We went to Cape Henlopen beach one day, traffic was fine. The next day we went to Rehoboth beach and traffic was very heavy, which from past visits is apparently normal. You have to bring your own sheets/towels which is stated but I usually dont choose a property that doesnt supply these. However I was limited in choices at last minute. Outdoor furniture was needed on the back patio area because that is where the grill was and there was nothing to sit on back there. Overall a very nice property, family friendly.
