Luxury with a personal touch
A delightful B&B nestled in the West Sussex countryside. The hosts are warm and welcoming and their home is stunning. Easily on par with a 5 star hotel but with a personal touch. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely Fabulous.
Absolutely fabulous. I simply can't find fault. Every help was given including ordering our taxi to Glyndebourne. The room was splendid. Breakfast was perfect. Would not go anywhere else.

This was simply the best B&B we have ever stayed at. The facility was very nice, the hosts were terrific, and the breakfasts were tremendous. I have both dietary and mobility issues, and Ann & Martin were able to take care of all of them, starting with a lovely room on the ground floor. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Lovely B&B
Very comfortable, lovely hosts and a lovely house. It was very quiet and surrounded by woods, though very convenient for visiting Lewes and you can get a train nearby to Brighton. Highly recommended.

Really nice stay and I can see why all review are so positive. Everything is immaculately clean and I felt very welcome. The area is beautiful with a lot of wildlife and options for lunch.

Fantastic stay in a really lovely property. Bedroom was spacious and the bed comfortable. Best breakfast I have had in along time. Great customer service. Will stay again.

This is an amazing place to stay. Beautiful property, upgraded to include modern and sophisticated fittings and fixtures. The rooms are wonderfully appointed and the proprietors are welcoming and hospitable. Food was marvelous. If you want to come to the Lewes area you would be foolish to stay anywhere else.

Great place to stay in East Sussex
Great place to stay. Small hotel experience in B&B home with 3 rooms. Nothing was too much trouble. Lots of information about local things to do and superb breakfast.

Exceptional B and B.
A wonderful stay at White Lodge. Cannot fault this exceptional B and B. Clean, comfortable, wonderful breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Ann and Martin couldn’t have been more welcoming. Homemade cake and tea on arrival. Everything was high quality. Even gave us the homemade bread recipe to take home. Lots of local eateries, which we were recommended and given directions to. Hope to return!

Absolutely lovely stay. Ann was awesome straight away from the beginning asking us what we would like for breakfast and if we wanted any reservations made for evenings. Their place is beautiful and they could not have done enough for us. Looking forward to going back.

Luxury hotel standard
One of the most comfortable places to stay imaginable! Very large bedroom and beds which are extremely comfortable. Large towels and modern wet room with rain shower. Home made cakes and biscuits in the bedroom with a large selection of teas etc.. almond milk provided for diary free guest and gluten free catered for without fuss. The hosts are exceptionally welcoming and relaxed.

I am so glad we stay at White Lodge B&B. This place is Superb! Clean, spacious and very comfortable. Home made bread and cakes, delicious brekfast! The view from the window was like the most beautiful wall paper of nature ;-) The warm fire place and Ann with Martin made our the stay at White Lodge unforgetable! Thank you x

Luxury stay with great hosts
Stayed at White Lodge for our Anniversary - well looked after! Beautiful refurbished building to a high spec. Met by Ann - great host, even provided us with some Tea and Brownies on arrival (yum!). Warm clean, free wifi, high end spec room, good facilities and great rainwater drench walk in shower. Comfy bed - great sleep. Ann even gave us a lift to the Rainbow Pub to ensure we were looked after by Tash - who not only gave us a great dinner but also a lift home! Breakfast was amazing - Sourdough & Eggs (my favourite!) - although plenty of other options for others. Proper Coffee. Recommend A+++++. Would def. come back again and recommend others. Room Tip: We stayed in Woodland view room - but all the rooms looked good.
