Pool was closed , it is outdoor which i didnt realize when booking, so hot tub is also outside. Hot tub was just your normal above ground hot tub. Lady checking us in seemed nice at first. We had 4 adults, which i did put on the reservation, i went back down and asked if wencouldngetba ciuplenextra blankets, she then became kinda snarky, told me to turn the heat up. I was also told they dont keep extra blankets, i was all about running up to walmart, but she finally went and found some extra blankets. She gave me attitude as if i had an extra person staying w me, i said no, i had 4 adults on the reservation. Next, the heaternfor our room was so obnoxious, it would kick on and run then sut off for like 30 seconds and then kick back on. The whole time it was running sounded like it was gurgling w gravel..got very little sleep. A lot of things could have played out differently. I did mention the heater to the morning lady who was a lot nicer then the evening lady. Hopefully staff will b nicer to the next people and hopefully they get the heater fixed.
