"Rental appears to be a converted shed. Bed and bedding was very cheap materials, nearly impossible to sleep on. AC located in the front room and doesn't make it to the bedroom well. Walking through the back yard you pass trash and junk piles. A large burn pit full of burnt household trash sits next to the porch. We left early and checked into hotel. I will never trust VRBO reviews again."

"The furniture is dated, the sofa should be replaced. The garbage disposal did not work. Opening the dish washer forced us to air the place out and use a strong air freshener. We had to clean the debris from the patio to use it. we had to buy batteries for the remote. The TV has an annoying circle brightness in the middle of the screen. Oh, it may attract people who like trains since the tracks were right behind a house next door. Perhaps making a mention of that would help. The whistle...

"The photos on the site were not extremely accurate, there was considerable amount of homeless hear and around the property area. The downtown area was nice.The apartment facility going in had a horrific smell in the hallways not sure why but it was terrible. The room was clean when we arrived but there was trash under the bed and the smoke detector was torn out of the ceiling, and we left a night early due to seeing cockroaches in our room. Would not rent again."

"The property was nice and in a great location. However, the smoke smell in the main room was really bad. We dealt with it. I knew it was bad but didn't realize how bad until I got home an unpacked my stuff and everything smelled like it. If is didn't smell, I'd stay there in a heartbeat."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Mrs Shirley's condo. It is a small , quaint space with all of the amenities. Great location near the pool! Parking is a little tricky if you have more than one vehicle but it was fine! Will definitely stay again!!"

"We stopped on our way to South Carolina for the night. It was in a great location - quiet neighborhood. The host was always available when we had questions - no matter how big or small. He had recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. He thought of everything from coffee station to toiletries you may have forgotten. In a good location to the highway. This is a great place to stay for the night or for an extended stay."

"Perfect for a short stay but I was working out of state for 3 weeks and the noise from traffic and they rent upstairs too so I got woke up several times in the middle of the night due to the upstairs being so loud and I also heard noises I didn’t want to hear to say the least since the upstairs bed is right above where you sleep."
