Charming Tiny House

This charming Tiny house is nestled on 5 acres that over looks a valley. It has a covered front porch that is perfect for morning coffee and is adjacent to the main home where the host lives. This tiny house is minutes to local shopping and I-20, you can enjoy country living without being too far out. This tiny house is approximately 20 minutes from Lexington Medical Center and about 25-30 minutes from Columbia and University of South Carolina.

The Park model tiny house is about 299 square feet and is complete with one bedroom that has a queen size bed, a bathroom with a shower, laundry area, kitchen and living room.

For your safety and the safety of our family, cameras are installed at the front and back door of the main house, side of the main house and at the bottom of the property. There are no cameras inside the tiny house or outside the tiny house so you can enjoy your privacy.

Come enjoy some rest and relaxation whether for one night or a week, we would love to have you.

Perfect little house
Great place for the two of us. Short distance to Congaree National Park which was the reason for our stay. Perfectly described and had everything we needed. One minor thing was we arrived about 10pm and it was a liitle hard to find driveway and make our way up in the dark. R

Quiet and relaxing
I recently went to the Lexington area to visit old friends. Rented this cause I don’t like hotels, and this was closer to them. The tiny house is closer to the owners home than I thought it would be, but I never heard them. It sits far off the road so you have no road noise either. It was very cute and well taken care of. Perfect for an individual or a couple. Will definitely go back the next time I visit the area again.

Hidden Charm by NC Travler
This tiny house gives the feeling of the mountains with a beach vibe. If you want a great nights sleep the quiet location is perfect. You sit on top of a ridge with a great view all around. The sunrise shining through the sliding glass doors to the deck are spectacular. Its called a tiny house, but it is very spacious and roomy and still gives a cozy and relaxing feel. This place is the kinda place you don't want to leave because it is so nice. A great place to escape the world. Put down your phone, turn off the TV and enjoy a great cup of coffee and just RELAX!!

Cute Little House
DJ is very good at communicating and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The place was nice and clean. While it is remote the owners are in close proximity to the little house and seemed very nice. We waved to each other in the rain. We were there just a short time and enjoyed all the enmities they had like coffeein the Keurig. They are fully equipped with towels ,dishcloths, dish soap, pots and pans and even have essential oils you may use with a diffuser. The Wi-Fi works fine there as well. Thank you DJ!
