You will find that your centrally located to be near both Rupp arena and Kroger Field where you can enjoy basketball and football games. KSBar restaurant is across the street and often runs shuttles to and from the stadium on game days. You're also only about a minutes drive from Keeneland, where you can take in a day or horse racing. Or if the bourbon trail or craft breweries are more your speed, it can be a great home base for that as well!
