Great location for Horse Park and fantastic house
We stayed here for the KY 3 Day Event and could not have asked for a better location in regards to the horse park.
The house was clean as a pin with comfortable furnishings and a cute horse theme. We had no complaints and thought this was one of the best VRBO houses we have rented.
The only note I have is that the neighborhood apparently has 5 cars per house, with room to park only two. The street can be almost impassable at certain points, especially if someone is having a party. We were able to comfortably park 1 car in the garage and 1 in the driveway and could have fit 1 more in the driveway, so personal parking is not an issue. However navigating backing out and the street can be anxiety producing. That one inconvenience aside, you can’t go wrong renting this house. I especially appreciated that checkout was like a hotel, get your things and leave with no list of chores to do.
