We stayed here with a group of 10 women for a college reunion. There were plenty of beds for each of us and the space was perfct for catching up. We did have a chance to use the hot tub too and it was fabulous! When we arrived, there wasn't any body wash in the refillable containers (not a big deal, I was more just letting him know) but I let Seth know - he promptly had someone go to the house to refill them which was nice.

Tremendous Hosts & Cozy, Welcoming Property

The house was everything we could’ve asked for and more for our trip. The space was cozy and welcoming and the communication with the host was fantastic. Seth was very responsive and provided top tier service and recommendations throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend this property and would love the opportunity to stay here again.

Great space

We have family in the area we visit a few times per year. This is the second time we have stayed in this property and it was a wonderful experience. The home is well decorated, clean and has very comfortable beds. We will rent it again!

Beautifully decorated and close to UK campus

Two families moving 3 kids into UK so this home worked out as the perfect home base. Accessible to any major store and nice to come back and relax in the hot tub. The owner was wonderful with communicating all details. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Perfect for our needs!

The property was perfect for our needs and as advertised! It had good proximity to downtown and also let us get back and forth to the Kentucky Horse Park easily. The property manager was extremely responsive to the few questions we had clarifying how to address specific location policies.

Bourbon Touring with Friends

Host made excellent recommendations for distilleries and places to eat. Perfect location to visit multiple places including Four Roses, Buffalo Trace, Castle and Key, Woodford and downtown Lexington. House was spacious and well stocked!

Ark Encounter

What a lovely home we stayed in for our trip to Kentucky to visit the Ark. So clean, comfortable and cozy - all we could ask for. Everybody enjoyed the hot tub and hosts were wonderfully accommodating and helpful! Highly recommend and hope to be back some day.

Great time at The Ark Encounter and Creation Museum

We stayed here with our grown children and their families. It was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone. Accommodations were excellent and was convenient to everything we needed. Also an easy drive to the Ark

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great stay at this property! It was a lovely home with everything we needed! It was clean and, had plenty of space for everyone! We really enjoyed having the hot tub! Seth was great about checking in to make sure we didn’t need anything! He also gave some wonderful suggestions on where to eat! I would highly recommend this property!

House was Great

House was nice and a great back yard that we were able to comfortably play Bags in. House had enought room for us all and the bedrooms wer great sizes for all of us to be comfortable. Eay ride to other locations in Lexington and quick pick ups from Ubers and Lyfts.

Annual Cousins Bourbon Trip

Cousins gathered from all over for our annual bourbon trip to Lexington. Everyone loved the house! It was very clean, well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Seth was great about checking in and making recommendations on places to eat and check out in the area. Very quite neighborhood and conveniently located. We would definitely recommend and hope to be back again next year.

Great house!

This property is exactly as described. We stayed there for our son's wedding and had plenty of room for a large group of family and friends. Seth did a superb job of anticipating ALL of our needs. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want during a short stay.

The 5 full bedrooms and 3 full baths served our large family (6 adults and 3 large teens!) well. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. The hot tub was marvelous. Best of all, we had a few minor issues and the hosts were there immediately to address them. Great place to stay.
