Quiet, Comfortable Cottage

Situated on a scenic highway, this tastefully remodeled and decorated cottage is centrally located near Keeneland Racetrack, prominent thoroughbred farms, Bourbon Trail, Kentucky Horse Park and historic Midway. It features two bedrooms, two baths, fully-equipped kitchen, large, bright sunroom, laundry and covered parking. This quiet getaway can comfortably sleep 6-8 with one queen bed, two full beds and two convertible sofas. Three miles from I-64, this cottage is minutes from Bluegrass Airport. Whether you are visiting the bluegrass area for a special event or for interesting sites and relaxation, this location is great.

Cute stay in horse country
The house was very cute and comfortable. We had the basics as needed in the apartment. The beds and linen made for a good night sleep. Having 2 full bathrooms was great. The drive from Lexington was so scenic. Definitely check out Wallace Station Deli right down the road. I would recommend this place to others traveling to the area.

Great place close to Midway and wedding venue
We came to Midway for a wedding at Merefield Farms. This is a great little house with plenty of sleeping options . . very clean and cute. Its only about 5 min from Midway where there are some shops and great restaurants. Fun to walk the neighborhood too and enjoy the historic homes if you're an architecture nerd like me. Easy drive to the wedding venue too. Owners were very kind and helpful. Thank you Carol and John!

Clean, cute, and cozy cottage
What a sweet place to stay! The hosts were accommodating, the house was clean and offered all sorts of amenities. Beds were comfortable and the location was very convenient to Midway and Lexington. We visit the Kentucky Horse Park often and plan to stay here again when we do. Thank you for sharing your property.
