The hotel its self is in an unsafe area with run down businesses. The staff was rude and unprofessional. The room was not ready, not just ours but also a handful of other customers in the lobby complaining. Rooms were to be ready at three for check-in but couldn’t be ready before 6. Unacceptable, we’re denied our room and they claimed Expedia cancelled when we complained. Still waiting on a refund from this nightmare of a booking. If you plan on staying somewhere in Lexington Kentucky you may want to run from this deal. Worst hotel experience and we have stayed in hundreds of hotels

Arrived at 2am and the signage directing you to a night window was poorly written and not lit at all. After transporting my belongings to the second floor I repositioned my vehicle and witnessed a hit and run where a blue pickup with chrome rims floored the gas coming out of a parking spot and demolished the front driver side front fender of a pickup in the neighboring parking spot. In the morning I awake to four males sitting on the balcony across from mine outside smoking and eyeing everything suspiciously. I was very concerned for my safety and the safety of my vehicle. The overall hotel experience was average at best, and I did not feel safe based on the other clientele there. I will not be back.

There were burn holes in the covers and on the toilet seat. No refrigerator. Outdoor lights never go off and shine extremely bright inside at night making it hard to sleep. Chemicals used to clean the room were unbearable and we had to leave the door open when we arrived for several hours despite it being cold and wet outside. Will not stay again. Only thing that made it two stars is that we didn't see bugs.

This Hotel advertised as being smoke free rooms. This is an outright lie. My room was the worst second hand smoke filled room i have walked into since they started banning it in public places. I also had a room next to mine smoking weed. The smell was so bad that after my meeting I chose to not say there and drove 550 miles back home. I had to stop at a store and get garbage bags to put everything from the room in.

This hotel was as we were expecting for under $60 a night. There were people yelling and running around on the balcony at 4AM. Overall, it was an average experience but I would not like to go back. I will note we had a good experience with the staff that checked us in. But when we were checking out, the cleaning staff had the clean towels and sheets stacked outside on the dirty concrete.

Everytime I saw staff she was smoking right outside the lobby door. You had to walk through the smell to get inside. It was my mistake for not noticing that they offered no breakfast, microwave or refridgerator in the rooms. I assumed those services would be available because all other motels offered these three items for the same or cheaper price. The outside of the buildings had much disrepair and litter scattered about.
