The apartment building is located in a well-lit and safe area with exterior doors that stay locked. Avoid expensive parking near campus/downtown by utilizing the off-street parking spaces provided behind the building for guests only. (One Space) A few minutes' walk will put you at the nearest bus stop where you can utilize public transportation to traverse across Lexington. When it's time to drive out to explore all the scenic and beautiful locations across Kentucky like the Gorge or Mammoth Cave, your vehicle will be waiting for you there safely. Don't forget about the Bourbon Trail! Once you're ready to relax and unwind, you'll find that the apartment is equipped with all the conveniences you need to recharge in comfort. A large flat screen smart TV is there for your convenience. Utilize your favorite streaming services to catch up on your favorite programs while lounging on the couch. Rest easy knowing that each apartment has adjustable AC/heat and each room is equipped with blackout shades and a box fan which is useful for white noise. Night owls and early risers will also appreciate the coffee maker located in the full kitchen. Guests will have access to the private apartment in addition to the
coin-operated washer/dryer units located in the building hallways on both floors which are shared with other guests.
We want all of our guests to have the best possible experience during their stay. Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Be respectful of your neighbors by not playing loud music or sound during these hours. We also ask that you Keep volume at a respectful level during day hours as we do have guests who work third shift schedules occasionally. We look forward to hosting you during your stay in Lexington!
