We’re just home from a great week staying in Starfall.

We’re just home from a great week staying in Starfall. It is a lovely two-person (plus dog) apartment overlooking the River Ure and upper Aysgarth Falls. There are no immediately local stores so pack your groceries or pick them up on the way from one of the local villages. This is a lovely part of the world and a good central base for all points of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The owners check-in to see if you need anything and have the craft shop next door. You will be above a busy and good tea/coffee shop but there was no disturbing our stay. If you get the chance, make your way to Dent and Reeth - small hidden gems.You will be a short (6-8 minutes uphill) walk from the nearest hotel/pub which we recommend. We would happily book again.
