「The aircon was not satisfying because it didn’t work right in spite of multiple adjustments I made. It was not as cold as I was expecting. The room was at 313. Prior to this , I also checked in at room 215 and the AC was in good running condition.」

「Hotel dont know how to be prepared for their guest. Not all amenities are available. 」

「Vel was the best, was just a quick last minute stop over. But the property manager was amazing. Even drove us then picked us up after a nice restaurant dinner at a fantastic place you would never know without her recommendation.」

「The room is clean and spacious for 2 people. There is a bit of issue in the bathroom but the staff came in to take care of it and the WiFi is good also. I like that there is a jug of water by the hallway where you can get hot or cold water. One thing I would like to improve is that it would be nice if there is a floor bath towel to avoid the floor being so wet. Thank you」
