The property is secluded but does overlook a few houses in the distance. Situated in a rural area, about 20 min to the nearest town with grocery & gas.

○ Failure to register all guests may result in cancellation with no refund.
○ No smoking or vaping inside. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 fee per day will be assessed.
○ No unauthorized events or parties.

○ No inflatable swimming pools or slip and slides are allowed, they can damage the grass.

○ No hunting or firearms permitted on the property.
○ No fireworks on the property.
○ Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require a driver`s license prior to check-in.

○ Check all your belongings before leaving. Shipping forgotten items will incur a $35 fee.
