De kamer was relatief proper, bed is schoon. De badkamer is aan een grondige beurt toe: plinten afkuisen, muren, deur… Wanneer men voor drie personen reserveert (twee kinderen vn 11 en 13 jaar), verwacht men wel volwaardige bedden.

Mooi hotel, bijzonder sympathieke uitbaters en heel vriendelijk personeel. Alles top in orde ! Enkel een tweede stoel of zeteltje op onze tweepersoonskamer hebben we bij momenten gemist. We keren zeker graag terug !

Really nice hotel. Stayed for only one night but had food and drink in the restaurant. Order burgers but steaks came out, staff were very helpful to rectify the order. The desert ordered however took an age to come out. Minor issue with the plug in the sink being broken and the temperature was warm and the room lacked Air con so it was a warm night. All in all though it was a positive and I would stay again.

Ma compagne et moi-même avions choisi cet hôtel pour nous reposer. Nous y avons trouvé tout l'inverse. Le soir de notre séjour, l'établissement accueillait un événement d'une soixantaine de personnes dont les nuisances sonores ont perduré jusqu'à 2 heures du matin. Malgré plusieurs signalements à la réception, aucune mesure n'a été prise pour préserver la tranquillité des clients hébergés. L'isolation acoustique très insuffisante a transformé notre chambre en simple extension de la salle de réception. Plus regrettable encore, la direction était absente le lendemain matin, nous privant de toute explication ou considération pour le préjudice subi. Nous sommes repartis plus fatigués qu'à notre arrivée. Qu'un hôtel organise des événements est parfaitement compréhensible ; qu'il le fasse au détriment du sommeil de ses clients l'est beaucoup moins. Une expérience profondément décevante qui ne correspond ni aux attentes ni aux standards que l'on est en droit d'attendre d'un établissement hôtelier.

Wij vroegen een kamer waarin het rustig zou zijn, en die hebben we ook gekregen. Niks last gehad van lawaai. Ruime kamer, maar wat ik niet zo leuk vind, is het vast tapijt en de lap die achter op het bed ligt waar veel stof kan intrekken. Voor de rest zeker oké.

Très propre, très beau, chambre spacieuse, en plein coeur des Ardennes. Par contre, le petit déjeuner a un rapport qualité-prix moyen. Bons produits, mais choix restreint par rapport au prix (15 €/personnes) De plus, nous avons dû attendre 20 minutes pour avoir du pain, car ils étaient à court, et il fallait attendre qu'un nouveau soit cuit. Le pain a été cuit enfin à 10h00, après 20 minutes d'attentes, et à 10h05 ils remballaient tous le petit déjeuner => c'est le seul b-mol.

Très agréable "séjour" (une seule nuit),maistout était très bien...sauf que j'avais omis de réserver une table pour le soir,et que le restaurant de l'hôtel était complet.Nous avons été souper de l'autre côté de la grand'route ! On reviendra...à labelle saison!

Lovely hotel near motorway.

Easy to access from motorway. Good for overnight stop on long journey. The staff are welcoming, and speak good English. The restaurant is a destination for local people.
