「Beautiful property, it was a pleasureful stay. It was a bit warm at night while sleeping but other than that, we loved it! Good good and beverage.」

Only downside is the lack of a room access keycard as the hotel still uses the classic key to unlock your door. In 2026 I think all hotels no matter what location should implement keycards to access all hotel facilities as it’s more secure and easy maintenance for the staff and is just expected these days.」

「The apartment is spacious and nice. Clothes drying rack not heated and the heater must be turned off, but there is a portable heater we can use. It is not easy to find the apartment and checking in was a little challenging because we do not have the phone service to call the host to let us in the apartment. But fortunately, my husband was able to call family via Facebook messenger and inturn the family call the host for us.」

「Super tolles Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal. Das Frühstück ist sehr sehr lecker und hochwertig. Die Zimmer sind modern und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war wunderbar. Die Lage ist Top. Die gebuchten Anwendungen waren einfach erholsam und der Wellnessbereich ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick von der Fass- Sauna ist einmalig. Wir kommen wieder .」

「The reason we chose to stay at this place was the falsely advertised picture of the property. They are using Falcon's Nest as their cover image. In reality, it's a different property. We arrived in Hrensko and couple of hours before the check-in I received an email sayin that due to technical difficulties, they could not accommodate us. 「Wir waren 14 Tage im Ahorn Waldhotel Altenberg und können dieses Hotel 100- prozentig weiterempfehlen. Insbesondere das Angebot der Küche war vielseitig und gut, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eventuell sollten öfters Pommes oder Kartoffeln mit bereitgestellt werden ( beispielsweise fehlten nach unserer Auffassung beim Abendessen mit dem Angebot Rinderbraten die zugehörigen Kartoffeln oder Klöße ).
