「The flat was well located for the NEC and sufficiently kitted out for our needs for a one night stay. Secure parking is great. The host was very responsive and provided very detailed information about check in etc.It does need a bit of a revamp though, freezer is very iced up, bathroom is a bit tired and kitchen tap was very loose when we were there.」

「The rooms were very close to the zoo and Black Country Living Museum.
Check in was easy and we received the codes needed on the morning we were arriving. The bed was comfortable and a small amount of tea/coffee was provided.
The only negatives are that it was a noisy location and the rooms could do with a deep clean.」

「We booked this property for our family of 8, including young children and elderly parents, based on the listing, photos, and description, which clearly indicated that there would be enough beds for everyone.
Unfortunately, on arrival we found that the sleeping arrangements did not match what was advertised. The first-floor bedroom had only one bed, even though the listing photos showed two beds. The second-floor bedroom was advertised with one double bed and one single bed, but it only had one...
