" Breakfast good. Rooms good size and clean. Housekeeping - well. Had a do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping still came into the room. We removed the sign from the door about 3 mins later but no housekeeping even though they were doing the room opposite. We never had our room cleaned in the 3 nights we were there. Apart from that our stay was fine, though the lifts can be a bit slow."

"Staff was so rude to us, and had the most terrible attitude... Sadly we encountered this, both when we arrived and when we departured. Room was small and the bed was not the best, but what you expect for the price."
