The spacious 400 m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. On top of that, a table tennis table and a pool table are also provided for your enjoyment. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Here you can drink an excellent glass of Italian wine while admiring the beauty of the lake and the sunsets. The gorgeous pool with a maximum depth of 1.50 m is ideal for relaxing without danger and the very large garden is a perfect place for children to play in complete tranquility. Since the villa is situated in a natural habitat it is possible to encounter little animals.
