“Unfortunately, there was no prior information about the check-in process, and no one was present at the time indicated online.
The host did not speak English, making communication very difficult.
After we finally reached him by phone, he informed us, using a translation app, that the apartment was open. When we entered, we were shocked.
This is not a typical "vacation rental." The owner lives in the apartment and is not present when booking. You are booking a private residence, which means……

“We spent three nights at this lovely place, and it couldn't have been more beautiful. The house is located in a charming small town. We met our neighbors, who were all extremely friendly. The property includes a large garden where you can enjoy the sun. Our host was very friendly and responded quickly to all our messages. The house is clean and equipped with everything you need for your vacation. I highly recommend spending your next holiday in La-Roche-en-Ardenne!”
