「This is a real gem. It is small but very accomodating. Love seeing the families enjoy themselves and seeing everyone walking their dogs. Very friebdly. Wish it hadn’t rain but our daughter still had a great time at the game room and the free ice cream. Wish the ac worked better in the game room amd bathrooms but they were not terrible so I still give them a good review. We stayed in the apprentice cabin and it was very nice and comfortable-exept the queen bed could have used a spring base...

「Get away from the hustle and bustle of Williamsburg and stay here! A very seamless and quick (free) car ferry ride across the James to get to Busch Gardens and Jamestown. This place is great for families. There is even a basketball hoops the kids enjoyed! Lots of space to move and very quiet and serene. We tried 2/3 restaurants in town, both good. Neighbors were friendly and lots of charm. Amanda was fabulous to work with during our stay.」

「Our grandchildren came for several visits and overnights. It was great. The cottage is very user friendly and was quiet. The surrounding areas uncluding paddock was a bonus for our Shetland sheepdogs. The walking trails were fine. We had a fantastic stay.」

「Although the actual camper was not the one advertised, our stay was filled with all the expected amenities Kimberly described. In a previous review someone mentions the rooster, he was quite pleasant, not at all like described in their review. 「My husband and I met our three grown children and our 4 grandchildren for a long weekend. Was a perfect beautiful location. Even though one day was a bad weather day we stayed in and watched movies and played board games pool and darts! Loved it」
