「The property is excellent; the facilities are excellent BUT some of the staff need training in hospitality especially for an exceptional property in a historic area. I have been twice in the last 3 weeks due to work, and it was the same both times. 「From the moment we arrived, it was a welcoming, friendly environment! We toured the Inn, which is beautiful and clean. There were delicious cookies in the dining room. The room was clean. The historic vibes were amazing. The bathroom was clean. It is in the perfect location. You just walk outside, and you are on the main street, yet it's still very quiet at night. Parking was easy.
