It was a modern hotel and looked lovely. We didnt have the breakfast but it did look very nice. It has a seated patio area which we sat out in in the evening with a coffee.

Property was clean, staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The property is situated in an industrial estate and would be better suited for those that take a car on holiday. The mattresses were hard and we woke up with sore backs everyday.

The room is not shown as in the picture, no sofa, living area quite small. The check-in time is quite late at 2pm, we couldn't drop our stuff when we arrived at 12:30. It's quite far from the city center. But the atmosphere was nice, also there were no service at the bar when it was 9pm, no lighting and such, maybe because it's too quiet.

Booked 2 rooms which were not next to each other and a floor apart which was inconvenient. Could hear clearly people in room next door which disturbed our sleep. Refurbishment taking place which we were not aware of so no evening dinner. Luckily we ate out but no bar open on return. Clean rooms with adequate facilities for price.

The room was somewhat small for family of 4 but the sofa bed was more comfortable than expected. I wish the hotel had a lift, as I went with my elderly mother. The breakfast was lovely. Overall it was comfortable stay.

Bonjour, le petit déjeuner était très bon. Le service et la propreté étaient bien également. Il est juste dommage que l'état de la salle de bain soit très médiocre avec la peinture qui part en lambeaux. Cordialement.

Das Hotel liegt ca. 3 km entfernt von der Innenstadt Lilles. Der Zustand des Hotels lässt Luft nach oben, da ein paar Renovierungsarbeiten nötig wären. Die Zimmer sind aber in einem guten Zustand. Vor dem Hotel gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze. Ein Station der Metro ist ca. 1 km entfernt. Auch diverse Supermärkte und Essensmöglichkeiten sind in der Umgebung. Ich habe mich in den drei Tagen wohlgefühlt. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut 👍

Hôtel très au calme. Personnel de l'accueil très aimable et très souriant. Mais nous n'avions pas été prévenu que le ménage est sur commande. La chambre mériterait un petit coup de neuf (notamment la fenêtre). Le petit déjeuner est un peu léger... Mais globalement bon séjour.

Tres bien. Personnel tres aimable. Chambre 3 personnes assez grande (j étais seule) mais SDB petite. Literie et coussin tres confortable. Restau tres bon mais portion un peu petites. Le chou craquelin de la profiterole était un regal (pas craquelin mais délicieux) tres rare de tomber sur un si bon chou (ps je fais le tour de France des profiteroles). Pas trop de bruit si ce n'est les portes qui claquent. Attention, pas d ascenseur.

Agréablement surpris

Les chambres sont petites mais fonctionnelles, l’isolation phonique est perfectible, le mobilier et la literie sont corrects. Le restaurant limite certes sa carte, mais la qualité est présente ! Pour un voyage d’affaire de 2ou 3 jours, c’est acceptable.
