Do not choose in the summer!!!
It’s convenient just near by the train station. But the room is so small. And in the summer, so hot in the room, there isn’t the air conditioning. It is too hard to fall asleep in the night.

洗手間空間很窄, 相等於機倉洗手間, 沖涼轉身位都沒有. 唯一可取之處是位置近火車站. 附近治安一般, 因為我們給扒手打開了背包, 幸沒有重要財物損失.

hôtel en mauvais état , de la moquette à la chambre. on a l'impression de dormir dans un cendrier tellement les chambres sentent le tabac froid ! vous pouvez l'enlever de votre site sans aucun regret !

Ravie de l'hôtel
J'avoue qu'après avoir lu certains avis, j'avais une certaine appréhension, notamment par rapport à la propreté. J'ai trouvé l'hôtel très propre, et les tâches vues, sont, soit liées à la vétusté, soit à de la javel : rien de sale donc. C'est sur qu'un petit rafraîchissement de l'hôtel ne ferait pas de mal, mais évidemment, après l'hôtel ne pourrait pas rester à de tels prix, particulièrement competitifs. Personnellement, j'ai été super bien accueillie, ma chambre était Nickel niveau propreté, et tout le nécessaire était présent ( serviettes, savon, PQ, radiateur à mettre à la température souhaitée, petit bureau, chaise,télévision, cintres, rideaux occultants, WC, lavabo, douche, nombreuses prises...). Certes la douche n'est pas très grande, mais vu que j'ai un gabarit standard, je n'ai pas été du tout gênée. Encore merci pour cet accueil et pour moi, le rapport qualité prix est excellent.

Accueille super bien, matelas tres bien, salle d'eau tres petites compliqué de se mouvoir dans la douche , pour les personne grande comme moi et ma fille on a du laisser la porte de la salle d'eau ouvertes pour pouvoir aller sur les wc , tres bryant quand les autres personnes bouge dans leur chambre on entendait tout !!!

Pour le prix d'un 3 étoiles, cet hôtel fournit des prestations indignes. Les moquettes d'étage n'ont probablement jamais été nettoyées depuis la construction du bâtiment. En plein mois de novembre, le lit ne dispose que d'un drap et d'aucune couverture qu'il faut réclamer à l'accueil etc.

Although the beds maybe clean the actual place is dirty and run down. The carpets are filthy. The paint work need redoing and it needs a good clean

Very good value for money
Perfectly acceptable - and very cheap - overnight stop, 2 mins from Lille Flandres and 10 from Lille Europe, with plenty of places to eat nearby. I see what others mean about the stained carpets in the public areas but it looked like spikt bleach if anything and was not smelly or sticky!

HORRIBLE PLACE
It was disgusting and I help from From start to finish. Cleaners waking you up at 9am to ask if wanted a towel. Disgusting place carpet was very dirty and bathroom was even worse than a public bathroom. Shocking and disgusting.
