"Our rental was very clean and well decorated. The Host was unaware of our arrival, however we knocked on his door and chatted with him and it worked out just fine. Shops were nearby as well as parks. The only thing to be aware of is that the soundproofing is lacking."

"We needed a place to stay near Livingston, TX for a family event. We have had poor experiences with chain hotels and looked to rent a VRBO that could accommodate my wife & I, our two children, and a grandparent. It is down a country dirt road and is behind a garage of sorts that seems to be associated with a venue rental on the property. There seemed to be an event going on while we were there and we hardly noticed. All communication with the host was prompt and professional.This place did the trick and we would stay here again. "
