「We stay one night with four rooms booked. All the rooms are with different set up. The staff are friendly and helped us to take all luggage up to the rooms (no lift in the hotel). Welcome drinks and breakfast are of good standard. 」

「Rented the penthouse and it was an absolutely amazing stay without any exaggeration. Lots of room, equipped kitchen, huge tv, hot tub, amazing view overlooking old town. Location was also great, free parking. And the pizza from the restaurant was also great. Could not ask for more!」

「The hotel allows us to have early check in by 9a.m. Thank them for their hospitality. The room is clean, on the top floor, nicely decorated, very stylish yet feeling somewhat pressed cos it is an attic. That is something that let us down. 「We stayed in late April 2026 (two couples). The description of this property: Location, location, location!! We were in the heart of the old city--it was fantastic! Some previous travelers expressed concern about the challenge of getting their luggage up to the property. While the concern is valid (you need to either be in shape or bring only essential luggage pieces), it wasn't a problem in our case and we were handsomely rewarded with a most memorable (in the best way possible) experience. ...

We did notice that on our more casual days we received slightly different treatment from the staff in the dining room at breakfast, however the breakfast choices are incredible, the spa was exceptional, the staff I encountered and made requests or queries to were more than happy to help.
