Good Hotel was clean and had everything needed. Breakfast was included, it was basic but good. Good location with lots of resturants close by. The area of Lima was very clean and felt safe to walkaround even when dark. They had a refill station for water bottles which was nice.

It was just what we needed. Somewhere clean, friendly, and safe within walking distance to Larcomar. The only thing was that I thought breakfast was included but it was not. Anyways, we went to Larcomar and found a good breakfast with a view for half the price. Overall, the hotel was a good value & we would stay there again.

The property is within walking distance to Mira Flores coastline, close to public transportation. I took autobus to historic center. The room is clean and quiet and the staff are helpful and friendly. The only thing that the guests need to be aware of is that bottled water and coffee pods are complimentary only on the first day of stay. Guests will be charged 10 Sols for every coffee pod afterwards.

Property is good. Loc and staff are excellent. We stayed in a 3 beds room, the carpet of the room needs good cleaning, and breakfast is basic. But the loc makes up for any small inconvenience- lots of restaurant options, and safe to walk even late at night.

Lack of air conditioning

The hotel was beautiful and people were so friendly. But the air conditioner stop working in the middle of the night. We open the window and back to sleep but it wasn’t enough, it was warm. We called the from office to fix, but it was fixed like 5 minutes before we check-out.
