The guest could not saty in our accomodation.So it is not completely true. The fact is that we apologise but we could give them a room since room was not ready and none of the staff was at the hotel,cause of covid new organisation. The booking was a last minute one same day .... we didnt even realised it. very sorry

Very well presented and clean place. 👌
This is a very nice, well equipped place with lots of art and cool decor. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I was very tempted to stay longer and will keep them in mind if I come back. The location is good with easy access to everything.

Loved lima
Within walking distance to the bars and restaurants of Barranco district and bridge of sighs along the coast. Home goes along with the bohemian feel of the area. Giancarlo is very helpful with any questions about where to go and was a wonderful host.

Hübsches airB&B in einer für Lima ungewöhnlich RUHIGEN Seitenstrasse :) Die beiden Hosts sind superhilfsbereit und haben in der Küche sogar einen Wasserfilter montiert, so dass man das Leitungswasser trinken kann.

Short stay only recommended.
All in all the place wasn’t all that bad. There was however a few things that did not make the stay as enjoyable as it could have. We were to stay there 13 nights which for a hotel is a fairly long stay. Upon arriving to our room which we had booked two double beds, we were a little taken aback to be shown a room with bunk beds. It was late and we had travelled a long way so we didn’t make a big deal of it. The manager however did nothing to make things better. Then when I got up for breakfast and seen a nice spread of fruit cut up I was quite pleased. However I was told later that the fruit is only for short term guests. After that day I started to notice that the breakfast table was never set for use to have any food and we were to fend for ourselves. Our bedding only got changed once in 2 weeks which was 3 days before we left. That being said the location of this place was great for getting around the city and the short term guests were always treated great. So if you are going to stay here don’t do so for a long time as you won’t enjoy it but if you just need a day or two this is a great place.

We are very happy that you liked the house, Casa Nuestra is a guest house which does not function as a hotel, that is why to make the reservation the person is required, once you have visualized the photos of the room of preference , through the websites, according to availability, it is reserved. Casa Nuestra works with Expedia, the portal where the room of need is displayed, so you can see that we do not have a room with two double beds. Our guests, depending on their stay, handle different packages and in each case it is self-service. Edible supplies are supplied and placed in the dining area and kitchen for breakfast, so that people can use themselves, of which you had access, free availability and consumption. The policy of standard of care of Casa Nuestra is the daily change of towels, and change every 4 days of sheets (in users of more than 3 days). This is taken into account based on the recommendations collected from our users. For Casa Nuestra, guests are friends / family, regardless of the days they stay. In this sense, it is important, not to mention, that common and private spaces must be respected. It is not polite to use unreserved rooms. The next stay at Casa Nuestra, if you have questions or needs, let me know. For now, tell you that we have the 3 BIBLES that you left behind. We wait for you.

One night stay after a long trip. Was great
My wife and I stayed here for one night after our trip visiting Peru and Ecuador. The host Juan-Carlos was super friendly and helpful. This place has a very homely feeling. Great full breakfast where you cok your own eggs.

Unfortunate
Booked a double room and was placed in the room with the bunk bed instead. We arrived late at night and had prepaid, so we were stuck. Over three days I could never get the shower temperature to stabilize at a temperature I could use it and had to shower in the brief moments while it was transitioning from hot to cold and back. Room floor wasn't very clean - I always had to brush off my feet before putting on socks. Location is good and common area decorated nicely.

We are very sorry, we will improve when communicating about the bunk bed room, and the shower (it is first time we have a complain so it shoudl be a new problem) and of course on cleaning ! I dont know what happened with the cleaning, we take care of that , we sorry . Thank you

Beautiful house - great stay!
Beautiful and clean house in a great spot. Breakfast was yummy and check in and out was very easy. Cece was helpful and gave us a lot of good information. About a 15 minute walk to the main part of Barranco, but there are a lot of good restaurants and bars much closer too.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Nuestra. The location is very nice, in a quiet-ish neighborhood in Barranco and the B&B itself is cozy and nicely decorated. One thing we did not enjoy is that there were ants in our bathroom, not a huge deal for us but might bother someone else. Other than that, everything was great.

Joli hotel bien situé
Nous avons logé une nuit à casa nuestra, la chambre était spacieuse et propre. La salle de bain était également propre avec de l'eau chaude. L'hotel est situé dans une rue calme, à proximité d'une grande avenue avec de nombreux restaurants et commerces à quelques minutes de marche.

I loved this place! The pictures don't do it justice. It's a beautiful and hip old house with great common spaces, free breakfast and rooftop to hangout on. The shower was hot with great water pressure and the bed was really comfortable. Great location within walking distance of everything in Barranco, I would definitely stay here again!

Quiet street. Friendly owners.
This is a place off the beaten path for an off beat guest. It’s NOT where you go for luxury accomodations and ritzy atmosphere. Thank goodness! When you want a home away from home and an artsy fmaily vibe you stay with these lovely hosts. The place is funky! This may include some ‘discomforts’ such as a shower door that leaks or a slightly lumpy bed (for those of us who like firm beds). But, the hosts will accomodate you as needed. They will remind you that you need to pack becasue your taxi is arriving soon & many other niceties that you won’t find just anywhere. I prefer Bararranco to Miraflores hands down. Spent almost zero soles (except for lunch) in Miraflores because was too commerical and got some lovely handmade goods near Nuestra Casa! Could’ve spent more time in the neighborhood and less time walking shopping mall atmosphere (where I didn’t find store staff to be interested in helping me at all).

Charming place to stay
We loved our stay in Casa Nuestra. The place feels more like a home than a hotel. There is so much charm and character here and it’s in a good location in Barranco. The staff are helpful and friendly. They gave us recommendations for local restaurants and helped with taxis to and from the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable each with their own unique decor. We would definitely come back again!

Una estancia muy agradable.
Un lugar muy acogedor. El dueño (Freddy) se vuelca en darte consejos para hacer tu visita a Lima agradable, es un chico muy amable. Las zonas comunes están muy bien decoradas. Al llegar sin soles a Lima, el dueño nos pago el taxi del aeropuerto y al día siguiente (cuando cambiamos) se lo abonamos sin problemas, un detallazo. Sin duda lo recomendaría.

fair stay. The owner did no feed me breakfast after I arrived at 8 am........He also failed to purchase a ticket to a concert I attended after saying he would and the concert cost me $15.00 more than if he would have other than those 2 incidents the stay was ok

Very sorry for the concert tickets, my fault. Regarding breakfast as any accommodation if you arrive day x, your breakfast is for the next morning. Check in is normally at noon but we are flexible when we can we receive our guests earlier for their comfort. Any way sorry if we didnt explain this in due time. normally it works like that.

The house was very nicely decorated and quaint. Freddy is very nice and helpful. Location is great, about 10-15 min walk from the center of barranco and about 20 min walk from the miraflores boardwalk. Felt safe and really enjoyed our stay there. You cook your own breakfast in their kitchen but he leaves cut up fruit and bread and eggs for you, I really enjoyed using their kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.

Ich weiss gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Bei dem wirklich wundervoll eingerichtetem Haus mit unglaublich geschmackvollen Details, der netten Atmosphaere, bei dem unwahrscheinlich warmen Empfang des Gastgebers Fredy, seiner Aufmerksamkeit und der Tatsache, dass er uns sogar behilflich bei dem Kauf einer neuen Kamera war, das nette Fruehstueck in der gemeinschaftlichen Kueche, die nette Dachterasse oder der tollen Lage. Wir haben uns dort unglaublich wohl gefuehlt und wuerden bei dem naechsten Aufenthalt SOFORT wieder dort buchen. Danke Fredy fuer diese schoenen Tage! I dont know where to start. Should I start with the unique and wonderful furnished house with uncredible tastefull details, the nice atmosphere, the warm reception of the host Fredy,his attention and the fact that he helped us to buy s new camera, the nice breakfast in the shared kitchen, the lovely rooftop terrace or the good location, close to the main places. We felt really confortable and would always book the casa nuestra again. Thanks a million Fredy for the wonderful days!
