This Studio with Interior view is in a 4th floor with NO ELEVATOR, just in front of the Kenedy Park, the most visited place in Lima. Prime location with simple and nice design inside.
Our place is good for couples, business travelers or friends who wants to visit Lima in the best place of Miraflores.
Walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, mall, bars and also the BEACH.
We make this place with many designed accents to make you feel a stay memorable.

I did not actually stay at this property. The property manager had to change my location at the last minute because of another client extending their stay. The location where I stayed was similar, and fairly near this Kennedy Park location. The location was ideal, near the parks, beach, great food! The apartment was noisy because of plumbing, electrical and general city noise. The apartment was comfortable, and the shower was great. Communication and response from the property manager was usually quick. If I return ro Miraflores, I will consider booking with them again!

Great apartment and amazing location. Right in the center of Miraflores, this apartment is perfect for a single individual or a couple visiting Miraflores. Very short walk to the beach and only a block away from the main nightlife area—plenty of great restaurants. The apartment is very clean, has everything you would need for you're stay, and has a very easy checkout process. Would recommend!
