Nos hubiera gustado muchísimo que se identificara para saber qué habitación le fue asignada en la que se encontró descontento (a); sin embargo, podemos aclarar que cuando nuestros huéspedes hacen el check in les consultamos si su reserva la pidió por una habitación individual con baño compartido??? y que el baño se comparte con 1 sola persona de la habitación de al lado. Esto porque muchas veces al hacer la reserva no leen lo del baño compartido. Si la respuesta es afirmativa de que fue lo que reservaron, se les asigna la habitación de este tipo. Nosotros contamos con habitaciones con baño privado para ofrecer y en cuanto a la limpieza de nuestro establecimiento, es la primera vez que recibimos un mal comentario. Respetamos su apreciación a pesar de ser inexacta.
