Place was clean, comfortable, well-appointed. We loved the thoughtful extras that made this an enjoyable stay. The neighborhood took a little getting used to but no one bothered us and the central location was hard to beat for access to Lima and surrounding schools. The place itself and William’s excellent communication made it worth the stay. Top marks for William as a host and for how well-laid-out this cozy unit was. Would stay again on our next trip to Lima.

Communication with the host was great and check in and out seemless. The apartment is pretty bare bones -- which was what I was looking for, as we weren't there to do much but sleep -- and very clean. Walking distance to a lot of cool stuff.
