Beautiful cute condo located in the heart of MiraFlores, walk to great restaurants, fresh produce organic stores, all kinds of shops, the always awake Kennedy park or take a 5 min taxi to the beach or the amazing Larcomar, do some paragliding or find the iconic parks, running and biking trails with beautiful views at the Malecón de Miraflores.
Includes wifi, phone line, washer/dryer, 2 full bathrooms, Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, 2 HD smart TV’s and 1 space in garage included.

The space
This cute condo it’s ideal for a family with 2-3 kids. Or 2 couples and 2 single max.
The studio in the bottom floor has a sofa bed that pulls out size queen. Has its own TV and full bathroom and kitchen access, so don’t expect privacy while sleeping, ideal for a teen as well. (This is what we considered bedroom 1)
Upstairs there is a Queen bed with a very comfortable mattress, also an HD TV, full bathroom with bathtub and Walk in closet with laundry.
There is a room divider for other 2 beds full size each, one pulls from underneath the other, ideal for one adult and a kid, since the second bed it’s very low to the ground.

Guest access
Full apartment with access to garage space.

Other things to note
There is a folder with instruction to check out and some basic operation instructions, like for example how to turn on the hot water to shower, there is an electric panel next to the fridge, open and turn the switch to on for the one labeled “Terma” it will take about 20 minutes to warm up the water. Pleaser keep it off when not in use.

Sofa bed downstairs it’s queen size. If or when in used, mattress cover and sheets provided should be use at all times. also food stains or hard stains will be charge, please avoid eating at the sofa. We inspect sofa carefully before and after each guest.

If need to use washer/dryer in one, know that takes a few hours, it does not have a quick setting and also it’s only ideal for very lights loads, not heavy duty or for heavy loads. But not worries, there is a very affordable laundry place across the street.
