The breakfast was fantastic. The room was beautiful and unique. We chose this hotel to avoid the Hilton, Marrriot esthetics and it was worth it. Beautiful Peruvian decor.

The suite we stayed in was incredible and huge! Huge comfortable bed, lots of space, love the lightning options, beautiful bathroom with spa tub and separate rain shower. We love all the art and decor. The staff was accommodating and sweet. 24 hour room service! The room was very clean. The pool was so warm too, it felt like a hot tub. It was overall a very relaxing and beautiful experience.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I say this as someone who’s been to over twenty countries. The location is super convenient. Safe neighborhood, right next to Kennedy park and tourist information center (check out their walking tour!). Very good breakfast. But the best, best, best part is their staff. So extremely kind and helpful. On my last night of stay here I was experiencing a pretty bad diarrhea, and they helped to call in a medics who arrived in 15 minutes. I don’t speak Spanish, but their staff Evelyn helped with translation throughout the entire process and went to the pharmacy with me to get the medicine. She was there for me the whole time. I wish there’s a way I can do something for her in return, but she said she was more than happy to help. She simply wished when she’s alone in a foreign country in the future, someone will help her as well. She’s the highlight of my stay in Peru. I would absolutely stay in this hotel again. No doubt. I hope the hotel keeps their business up and running well, and the best for Evelyn.

Mi estancia en el H-NOW Hotel Lima fue sencillamente impresionante. Desde que entré, la vibra moderna y colorida del hotel me atrapó, especialmente ese ascensor con un diseño tan auténtico y llamativo que te hace sentir que entras a otra dimensión. La habitación estaba impecable, con un estilo exótico y original que no se ve en cualquier hotel. La cama perfectamente ubicada, los baños con un diseño de nivel, y una ambientación que te hace sentir literalmente como un rey Inca. Cada detalle está pensado para que la experiencia sea cómoda, diferente y memorable. La ubicación, mejor imposible. A pasos del Parque Kennedy, rodeado de restaurantes, cafeterías, puestos de comida, y con acceso facilísimo al Tour Bus, lo que hace que moverse por Lima sea súper práctico. Todo está cerca, seguro y accesible. En resumen, una experiencia increíble. Me encantó, la disfruté al máximo y, sin duda, quiero volver. Un hotel que combina diseño, comodidad y una ubicación perfecta.

From the moment we entered this Hotel we were pleased. The hotel is AMAZING! everything about our stay was perfect. Ultra modern and comfortable, superior service and staff. We felt like family at the end. Breakfast was amazing and the options were endless! Super convenient location. Kennedy park is 2 streets over with lots of activity, a leisurly stroll to Larcomar, Inka market and Calle de la Pizza all walking distance. We felt safe any time of day into early hours of the morning. Special mention to Andres, Nestor, Edu, Luis, Fatima for making us feel so comfortable. So much attention to detail. Every single design had meaning and a story. It waa heartbreaking to leave.We will be back. Thank you Nhow Lima. We love you. 🇧🇧

El hotel tiene unas habitaciones espectaculares, un nivel de comodidad y lujo increible. Es nuevo, de verdad habitaciones increibles. Fabulous new property in great location in Miraflores. Room spacious and comfy. Heated rooftop pool was great for afternoon swim and cocktail. Breakfast was amazing lots of really nice choices. Staff were all great especially Renado on the front desk, Nestor & Fatima in the restaurant and Miguel in the bar did a fun pisco sour making class too.
