Absolutely nothing horrible no staff at the hotel. Only security three nightclubs keeping me up all night bad treatment police called instead of helping I will never ever stay at this hotel again and I will tell everybody of how horrible this isand I will pursue a case against the hotel.

The room I had needs a lick of paint, the floor fixed, and basic kitchen amenities. What was seriously disturbing is the night club on Saturday to Sunday night. Incredibly loud, flashing light and vibrating walls. No sleep possible until after 4 in the morning. Other than that thin walls and ongoing construction work after 7 in the morning was ok

Aconchego

I wasn’t able to stay my first night as the check-in process is all online and they never send me a check in code and wouldn’t respond when I reached out. Music kept up awake until 3:30am as a nightclub/bar is situated directly below, which causes the walls to vibrate. There was also no air conditioning remote. We tried twice to get this sorted during our stay. The first time, they said they would look into it for us, but this never happened. The second time, they promised to send a technician round, but the host kept delaying the technician coming out until it was too late and we were due to leave. Overall I would not recommend anyone stay here.

Nice looking apt but on weekends music until 5 am

The apartment was nice looking with nice balcony. Beautiful natural lighting, it was huge, with washer and dryer, full kitchen. The beds were soft. The weekend stay the music/party lounge stayed loud until 5 am. The apartment had a mold smell. It was very clean.

The place is located in the second floor of a night club, with parties from Tuesday to Sunday, where the noise make it impossible to sleep. Honestly if you are looking for a place to work or rest, this location is not for you. I requested to use the AC, the answer they give me, was the air a conditioned was not included … I mean wynwood, with very poor services .

I can't speak to the whole building, but the street noise in the room I was in was ridiculously loud. I realize due to the location that some can be expected, but there was absolutely no soundproofing. Very rough night.

Good…

Good location, not recommended for people looking for silence and tranquility, as there is a a very noisy party bar in the building. Also, there is a lack of communication between the organisation, since there is no coordination regarding the delivery of keys or the status of the apartments.(At least in my case)

Barranco

So, great location, very comfortable apartment. Several clubs downstairs and across the street. Steady thumping until three AM. This is definitely not a hotel. When you arrive you are on your own. The front desk employees are not working for Primera Parada, but do their very best to help guests. Communication with Primera Parada was non existent. We got locked out, because the box on front door's battery died. Tried to contact through hotels.com, the company never got back with us. Again the buildings maintenance came to our rescue. Nice place, just not a hotel.

I suppose you get what you pay for. The shower was hardly more than a dribble and the shower door wasn’t attached properly, so it didn’t close all the way, thus flooding the bathroom. The TV wasn’t functional, someone had broken the remote in two. My door occasionally didn’t open, even when the lock code was properly entered and flashed green. But otherwise, it was a convenient location and matched the photos.

Really wanted to like this property but it's tough to communicate before arrival and by far the worst part is how noisy it is. It's on top of one club and next to another. The unit was clean and as advertised, the balcony is nice and everything is modern and new. But the main point of a hotel is somewhere to sleep so I would not recommend it.
