Horrible gross place. Ridiculous Management!

Stay away from this apartment! They didn’t even clean the place. They didn’t change the sheets on all 3 beds and there was bodily fluids and pubic hair on the sheets. GROSS!! We had to use our little airplane blankets for our kids to sleep on because they said they didn't have any replacement sheets. Checkin was a pain. There were no black out blinds. Tons of noise. The apartment is nice but they just don't want customers to be comfortable. Hot water didn't work. They said they fixed it but it wasn't. They kept saying they were going to send someone to clean the place. No one ever came to clean. They said they were going to credit us for the inconvenience, but of course they didn’t. Internet sucked. Super slow. Gross place, good pictures.

The property is well located for enjoying walks in Barranco. It has large rooms and a nice kitchen. But the property itself is a step-child. When we arrived the code box did not work. We had to make a WhatsApp call to get a technician, and even with relatively proficient Spanish the call was difficult for poor reception. The tech came within 20 minutes of the call, changed the battery - ok, a delay of about an hour. But then the next day the water was off all day for maintenance with no notice. We notified Windham but they made no response. Cleaning was ok, but not enough glasses in kitchen. No AC but several fans - ok for autumn. Ok space, but many other options around.

El apartamento se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila y segura. Puedes llegar en menos de 10 minutos caminado al parque municipal de Barranco, a la playa, al mercado y a muchos lugares ricos para comer. El apartamento es moderno, cómodo y cuenta con todas las amenidades. El wifi es rápido y el personal muy atento y comunicativo. El self check in fue sencillo. Lo único a considerar es que a pesar de que hay 3 habitaciones, solo vi un ventilador de torre. El apartamento estuvo algo caliente para mí gusto pero dormí cómoda con el ventilador y la ventana abierta.

It is a beautiful apartment located in a nice, safe, and beautiful area of Lima. Not knowing anything about Lima, we went by reviews on Google maps and reserved an appt in a different area of Lima. When we got to that other place it was scary! We left right away as we felt unsafe. Finding this apartment in Bustamante meant a huge difference in our perception of Lima! I highly recommend this apartment.
