"Location was excellent, rooms were very clean and comfortable and updated. Service was wonderful. Only difficulty we had was finding the place. The front entrance was not marked at all. We circled around for an hour to find the place. A clear sign on the black metal door would have been helpful."

"Key to the building was missing. It took 40 emails and 3 days to resolve so we couldn't leave the apartment together for 3 days for fear of being locked out of the building (other residents refused to let us in) this also delayed our check-in by an hour and led to me being shouted at and threatened by a neighbor.
