「Although Mike is a courteous man, his place terrible. The Ad on Hotel.com is misleading. I didn't check in till 10 PM. The area is very dark and insecure. From the get go, Mike told me that the room I've booked was not available. He put me a small, mosquito infested room without basic items.
I spent 1 night because I could call a cab. I left the place early in the morning. Please refund me for my entire booking. This was a horrible experience. TOTAL REFUND!」

My stay at the Gaolf Hotel was overall very good. The location is excellent, the property is beautiful, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The staff working in the restaurant and bar — both the ladies and the gentlemen — were amazing. They were very friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay.
