酒店員工態度：除了reception的女職員，其餘職員不覺得友善和有禮貌。房間非常污糟，洗手間地面可以黐住鞋底發出聲音-吱吱聲，地氈睇落以經好污糟。位置在工業區。感覺比無星之酒店更差，不知為何可以例為4星級酒店？

The position of the hotel next to the lake is the selling point of this hotel. The hotel is clean and there being some modernisation to the bar/ restaurant area. The service at dinner time was very poor. We received our food before our drinks.

This is an outstanding hotel! The rooms are spacious and well appointed and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I wish we could have stayed more than one night in such a lovely hotel.

Faire remarquer à l'accueil que le petit frigo ne fonctionne pas et se voir répondre que c'est moi qui ne sait pas le brancher ! Ou encore attendre plus de 20 minutes au restaurant de l'hotel juste pour que l'on nous apporte les carte du menu !!! (on s'est levé et on est allé manger ailleurs !)

This was a great property for a four-person family. The room was perfect for our purposes, the area and hotel was quiet, and the breakfasts were great. The kids loved the pool, and there are great kids' parks around. There are also a wide variety of restaurants within short driving distance.

Chambre non faîte à nôtre arrivée à 16:30 alors que l'arrivée était à partir de 15:00. Motif avancé par l'hôtel : nous accueillons à partir de 17:00... Propreté limite WC et douche Petit déjeuner infâme (produits surgelés à peine décongelés)

OK en route.
Good overnight stop on the way to Dordogne. Efficient reception, excellent parking. Ideal for travel with a dog: ground floor room, woodland and lake. Breakfast was cleared away with military zeal at 9.25 which seemed remarkably early for an hotel catering to people on vacation.

Staff very polite and helpful. Cooling system an absolute joke during scorching temperature. In the main area barely noticeable, in the room very low! Food average, breakfast not worth it for the money paid. By 8:45 was very little left and food not stocked up. Hotel very well located close to the motorways and with wonderful surroundings. Worth it regardless and with room for improvements ( no pun intended ).

Mauvaise expérience
Nous avons mis 1h30 à obtenir notre chambre, avec un bébé de 6 mois.... Nous avons pu enfin monter en chambre à 19h30.... Le personnel de l'accueil n'était absolument pas qualifié et nous a laissé attendre car ne voyait pas notre réservation. Elle nous a même demandé de repayer la chambre si on voulait être installés... J'ai dû moi-même appeler Hotels.com pour essayer de régler le problème. Pas du tout professionnel. Et aucune proposition d'aide pour monter les valises.
