「There are ants inside the toilet. And the shower place is not fully covered so water would spill out which makes the toilet floor very wet.
Also there is no lift ,need to climb up stairs to reach the room. Although the host is very kind to come down to pick us up and point us to the room directly, so we don’t need to go higher up to the reception to do the check in.
Check in time is strict and reception is not 24 hours open.
The view however is amazing, the top floor with the restaurant...

「We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed.
Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .」

「Es handelt sich hierbei um ein wirklich sehr schönes familiengeführtes Hotel.
Das Hotel ist wunderschön am Berg mit Blick auf den See gelegen und besitzt eigene Parkplätze so wie auch Tiefgarage.
Schon vor der Abreise waren die Besitzer und Mitarbeiter sehr sehr freundlich und dies bestätigte sich auch bei der An- und auch Abreise.
Ein wirklich rundum perfektes Hotel, mit einem ganztägig in der Sonne liegenden Pool.
Das gesamte Team ist sehr sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit! 」

「Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」
