"Restaurant was nice but the room was disgusting. Very very cold and smelt very strong of drains all through the night. No gesture of good will from the hotel. Apart from wavering the £15 parking fee. Reception staff did not listen and we found them very rude."

An average stay.

"It was a relatively new facility. Airconditioners in both rooms were pre-set - either blasting cold or nothing. No visible closets were available. Staffs were very friendly and eager to help. No options for recycling despite being in a tourist hub. Parking in the basement was tight."
