  • A brand new, elegant two-bedroom plus loft, three-bath home in Lincoln, NE, just five miles from Pinnacle Bank Arena and Memorial Stadium. Steps from restaurants, 2 gyms, shopping, and spa. This neighborhood has a great community and layout. Spend your weekends walking and biking the trails, or head to nearby historic Haymarket to do some shopping and dining. Bicycles included with stay! Also, enjoy riding around the city enter on electric scooters, included with your stay. The town-home sits on a beautifully landscaped lot with a 2-stall garage and parking in the back. Enjoy your evenings on a private court yard and unwind. Coffee and various teas provided with disposable cups to take your coffee to go! The kitchen is stocked with spices, olive oil, waffle mix, maple syrup, silverware, flatware and basic necessities. Gas grilled provided for your summer cookouts! Enjoy your favorite music on our Echodot speakers, pop some popcorn(provided) and watch a movie! Walk to the neighborhood park/ playground or have a picnic in the town square! This is a great spot to have a small private event or get together. The house is stocked with everything you need, leave your shampoo at home, we got you taken care of! You are really going to like it here!

This is an absolutely wonderful home. Inna thought of everything from comfortable bedding, soft and fluffy towels, to extra coffee (including both a Keurig and drip coffee machines). The home was spotless. Location couldn't be better. We walked the neighborhood for exercise and shopped and ate at the nearby shopping center. I would definitely stay again.

Not a bad place to stay for a night. There was a hornets nest by the garage door not the worst thing just kind of annoying. The fans and ac unit in upstairs bedrooms were not really working so sleeping temp was a little rough but not unbearable. Kitchen and living room were a great temp. We wanted to arrive early so they did accommodate that and it was appreciated. Nice neighborhood too! Wish we could have explored the shops nearby more.

Perfect location. We used the townhome for a mom and three teenage girls going to the husker volleyball camps for three days it could not have worked out better. There are two great restaurants, ice cream shop and adorable coffee shop in your backyard. We went to all of those places every night, which made everything so convenient. The house is much bigger than it appears online and it was great to have all of that space. We will be back.
