- Brand new construction 3 bedroom/2 bath, single level condo at the highly desirable Forest Ridge community. Close to Loon with continuous shuttle service on ski weekends. Designed with guest comfort in mind, this condo features high end appliances, tempurpedic mattresses, OLED TV's with surround sound and a cozy gas fireplace. Private back deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air- and feel free to bring your dog along too!

This was the perfect, pet friendly condo for our weekend away! The host answered any questions in a timely manner. The condo was clean and stocked with the necessities for quick breakfast, lunch or dinner!Exceptional location just seconds to downtown Lincoln, Loon Mountain and the Pemigewasset River! No matter your adventure this condo offered access to it all and don’t forget the indoor pool and hot tub perfect for those sore muscles after a long day of adventuring.
