  • Fully furnished two bedroom/two bath condo with stunning river views from first and second floor. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio overlooking the Pemigewasset River. Quite condo with 5 minute walk to shopping, dining and movie theater. With pull-out sofa, the condo sleeps 4. Fully equipped kitchen. New washer and dryer. Wood burning fireplace, all wood included. Plenty of parking.

Our family of 4 loved our weekend away at this property! All amenities needed were there! Location was amazing with the river in the backyard. Very close to downtown, restaurants, stores, swimming, trails, etc. We will definitely be booking here again!

Location, Location, Location!

Hamid’s place on the South Peak of Loon Mnt. was the perfect location for our family ski vacation! There is a shuttle to the mountain, and the condo is clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed coming back after skiing and building a fire. The view from the back of the condo if the mountain and river are spectacular.

4 Years Running

This was our 4th October stay. Weather was so-so but the accommodations were outstanding! Great food, hiking, shopping and sightseeing! My wife & I LOVE this condo. It’s roomy, comfortable, perfect location with a great view of the river!!! See you next year!

Anniversary Stay

This is our 5th time here in 5 years. We celebrated retirement and our 40th wedding anniversary. As usual, lots of food, fun and hiking beautiful New Hampshire. This condo is clean, convenient and perfectly located on the river and off the main road. Lincoln and Woodstock NEVER disappoint! AAAAA+++

Wonderful location

Well stocked kitchen. Easy to prep meals and eat together. Amazing location next to river! We could hear the water all the time, very lovely at night. Excellent view of river and mountains. Fall color is beautiful. Location in town was great - can even walk to grocery, restaurants. Many places to eat in town. Good central location for wide variety of hikes. Will come back here for next visity to New Hampshire.

Great spot!

This condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. We have two kids, an elementary aged boy and a tween girl so they enjoyed the big beds to themselves and a bathroom of their own too. We were pleased by the cleanliness and amenities available. Our favorite thing was the closeness of the river outback. We loved hearing the river at night when falling asleep. Each day we enjoyed the beautiful sights and sounds with our morning coffee. It was also close to everything we wanted to do and see in the area. We would stay again!

Quiet and peaceful

The location of this condo can’t be beat. It’s quiet and close to town - walkable to lots of restaurants and even a small hiking tra. Having coffee by the river every morning and listening to it as my white noise at night was such a treat. The condo is well appointed and has everything you’d need to be comfortable. The owners were super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The only things to say is the place is a bit dated, and the beds a little hard. Definitely would come back!
