The location of the hotel is perfect , literally on the doorstep of Lincoln Cathedral and the castle. Parking is opposite to the hotel - although it is a public car park and a fee charged by meter upto 24hour parking available. The hotel itself is lovely, well presented and very clean. The restaurant area is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. I really thought the breakfast was outstanding and very tasty with a large selection on the menu.
The staff were lovely and very accommodating . I would highly recommend .
Please note however there was no lift and the stairs could cause inconvenience to some guests.

A very nice hotel centrally located.
We had a very nice stay here which included an evening meal (paid for locally) and breakfast (included in the price)

I had a good stay at the Castle Hotel. Lovely little hotel, super comfy bed and gorgeous bed linen. The room was spotless and generous tea and coffee making facilities. Nice bathroom products. No A/C as it's a beautiful old building, but that was fine as was able to open windows and control the radiator. I didn't have a cooked breakfast but buffet options were fine and the other guests seemed to be enjoying their cooked food. I will stay again, thank you.

Wonderful night away in a lovely cottage.
We didn’t get the extra bedding that we had paid for, so had to go over to the hotel to sort. We were given the extra bedding, but had to make up the sofa bed ourselves. One of the spare pillows was mouldy.

Castle Hotel first visit.
Very happy with our stay at the castle hotel bailgate. Clean, welcoming, great location. Breakfast was first rate, freshly cooked to order and very tasty. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back if I were to visit again.
