  • Perched atop a west-facing slope, Our newly-renovated, end unit townhouse offers spectacular views of Loon Mountain. Relax on the deck as you toast the sunset over Mt. Moosilauke or watch as skiers carve turns down Loon Mountain. This townhouse is perfect for families and couples alike. With easy access to the area's endless natural and man-made attractions, you'll never want to leave. The recreation facility is state-of-the-art with everything from swimming pools and indoor and outdoor hot tubs, workout room, tennis courts and game room. During ski season on weekends the shuttle buses pick us up right outside our door and drop us off at Loon Mountains front door. Summer or Winter, Spring or Fall, the region offers something for everyone.
    For renters information, we do have one camera it focuses on the entrance to the townhouse and the parking area in front of our unit. It is the only camera that we have. We do not have any interior cameras.

Swim club cards and bus pass must be hung on the refrigerator when leaving so the next renter will have them. If they are not $50.00 will be charged.
No more than four adults allowed Unless owner approves Motorcycles are not allowed. Our cul-de-sac is not conducive to motorcycles or their trailers.
Only two cars allowed in the allotted parking spots even if there are empty spaces 1 additional car to be parked in the overflow lot with parking pass

We had a wonderful week exploring and enjoying the outdoors. We went to Santa’s village and story-land( about an hour drive) and enjoyed the nature trails. It was a great place to stay.
