「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「Overall, this was an excellent stay! Quiet, clean, solid breakfast, pleasant staff, all you could ask for at a fairly inexpensive hotel. Five stars out of five stars in my opinion!」

「Staff was very kind. Carpet did have a few spots on floor and room had a slight odor when we entered (likely from AC unit), but all areas were clean and bathroom smelled good. We had a good stay.」

「The location is great, convenient to Walmart and many restaurants. The hotel is clean, and both stays have been peaceful and quiet. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at personally in the Augusta area. Will definitely be back! 」

「I didn’t read the reviews about the hot tub. There isn’t one. I booked the hotel because it was the only one in the area that showed in the photos it had one. The cement in the pool was brown but the water seemed clean. The elevators sounded like they need repaired. The hallways were misty. The room was nice but there were hairs in the toilet. I left early and don’t try the breakfast. I would suggest a different hotel based on how much it was per night. 」

「The pool was close but I enjoyed the gym and the breakfast, the room was a little bit cold the temperature was kinda of hard to adjust. Room was clean staff was very nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay there. Thank you so very much.」
