「The property was great and our stay was great. Tyler is a wonderful town. The only problems were a broken light in one of the bedrooms, no iron/ ironing board and we had to repeatedly call our host for the access code because they didn't answer any of our texts via the Vrbo app chat.」

「This was a one night stay on our road trip and we were delighted with the accommodations. This cottage is tucked away from the city of Tyler on a little property with chickens, roosters, sheep, and a friendly dog. We enjoyed the sounds of the animals as we walked our little dog in the entry road. The cottage is neat as a pin and well stocked with everything you might need. The bed and living space were comfortable and the bathroom has a clawfoot tub/shower. We could not have been any more...

「Nice house in a newer addition across the street from an older neighborhood. Back yard is facing a green belt so you can open all the kitchen and living room windows for a wooded view without staring at neighbors. The road is pretty low traffic and neighborhood was quiet. Fairly central location in Tyler.Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, all the common seasonings, k cup coffee, etc. The Weber Kettle was an unexpected nice touch along with some grill tools. 「This is a great house with awesome space for a large group. 4 bedrooms/3 baths were awesome with everyone having enough space to get ready for a wedding and to sit around the dining table playing games. Was easy to get to everything on the itinerary in 15-20 minutes. The hosts checked in on us and were very communicative. Used door dash twice and both dashers were super friendly as welll.」

「Our host was so great and the home was perfect for my bridal shower! There was plenty of space for us to all sit and chat with the open floor plan. We had 18 ladies, 2 infants and 3 toddlers. All home amenities were available for us to prep our food. They even had an extra fold out table and chairs we were allowed to use. Everyone complemented how beautiful the home was. Location was a convenient short drive to town. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!!」
